TCG's Conferences and Fieldwide Learning team is growing! At least until July. We're seeing a lot of changes at the top of this year (decade?), starting with our new Conference Manager Anne Ciarlone, and soon to be joined by our spring intern Emilia Smart-Denson -- and now we're searching for a new Conference Coordinator to join us!

This person will work with us full time from the beginning of February to the end of June, putting together all the programming and logistical pieces of the National Conference, this year in Phoenix from June 4-6 (though our team will be there for that whole week!). The Conference Coordinator will support the team in coordinating with speakers, staff and volunteers, and in keeping content flowing through internal channels and onto our online platforms. It would be great if this person had experience with event producing, but stage management or stage producing experience works in this role too. You do need to have a firm grasp of Office and Google suites, a penchant for staying really organized and managing a lot of projects at once, and a strong sense of collaboration as a member of a very busy team (that also likes to have fun and respect work-life balance needs).

Is this you or someone you know? If this role piques your interest, you can learn more about it here, and more about our programming process in this series of posts. If you want to learn more about the Conference, too, check out our Impact Reports from past years here. And finally -- if you have questions about any of this, reach out to me personally at dberkshire@tcg.org. Feel free to spread this far and wide (though the position is based in NYC, so not too far) -- and I look forward to hearing from you, or your people!
