Theatre Boards in 2002: Arts Activism in Changing Times
NEW YORK CITY, NOVEMBER 15-17, 2002
The keynote speaker was Richard Florida, Professor of Regional Economic Development at Carnegie Mellon University and author of The Rise of the Creative Class: And How It's Transforming Work, Leisure, Community and Everyday Life. Discussion topics included: board motivation, strategic planning, capital and endowment campaigns and artistic and managing leader contracts, among others. The Fall Forum brought together approximately 150 participants.
