I'm so excited to launch TCG's search for our next
Director of Individual Giving and Special Events.
Over the past two years, TCG has realigned its fundraising efforts and department into two separate and distinct areas: one area focused on all foundation, corporation and sponsorship activities; and the other focused on raising funds through individual giving and special events. We've seen incredible growth and engagement through this structure.
The Director should have a passion for TCG's mission, vision, and values; and an entrepreneurial and self-starter spirit to fulfill it. With the current team and structure in place, we've growth in donor engagement and stewardship. Also our annual Gala this year was a smashing success bringing in some renewed energy and love for TCG. The Director will build on this existing work and continue to move the organization forward.
This really is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves fundraising, love the mission and vision of TCG, appreciate its values, and connecting all of those elements to raise funds to keep our work thriving so we can amplify the national theatre voice and ecology. The Director will have the full support of staff and board to meet their goals.
