Published by AEA Consulting, this new scenario planning toolkit includes four potential scenarios with worksheets to help guide considerations and spark new ideas to help organizations prepare for potential threats and capitalize on hidden opportunities.
As TCG approaches our 2020 Fall Forum: A Just and Thriving Theatre Ecology, this tool couldn't come at a better time. As we're programming the Forum, we're doing so with the conviction that the rebuilding of the field and economic recovery are intrinsically connected to the work of dismantling racism and collective liberation. Navigating Uncertain Times supports that conviction through four scenarios that envision very different possible contexts at the intersection of the uprising against white supremacy and recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.
