The Alchemy of High-Performing Arts Organizations, Part II: A Spotlight on Organizations of Color. A bunch of us at TCG had a chance to hear Zannie Voss present some of the key findings, and they are powerful. The report names the unique strengths that keep BITOC moving forward in the face of institutionalized racism, and makes the case for why it's so important they receive equitable funding. In this follow-up to the researchers’ 2020 study, part II of the #ArtsResearch suggests that a key driver of organizational success lies in the alchemy of strong community orientation and high-quality programming.
