Advocacy Update: SBA to Hold SVOG Information Sessions!

By Laurie Baskin posted 12-13-2021 11:30

Recently, SBA provided initial information on the active grantee and closeout phases via post-application guidance. SBA will be holding information sessions this week so that  grantees can learn about federal grant requirements and have opportunities to ask questions. SBA will address grantee obligations and the process/activities grantees will need to complete and close out.

SBA will be conducting three information sessions. The same information will be covered in each webinar, so it is not necessary to attend more than one of the following sessions:

Monday, December 13, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. ET. You can join this session as early as 2:45 p.m. EST on Monday via this link.

Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. ET. You can join this session as early as 4:45 p.m. EST on Tuesday via this link.

Friday, December 17, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. ET. You can join this session as early as 10:45 a.m. EST on Monday via this link.

These sessions are the first installment of technical assistance resources to be provided by the SVOG Team.

All SBA programs and services are extended to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis. Reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities will be made if requested at least 48 hours in advance of this event; please send an email to reasonableaccommodation@sba.gov with subject header ACCOMMODATION REQUEST. For assistance with registration or other technical difficulties, please contact Dolores Rowen at dolores.rowen@sba.gov.
