Fees & Registration Policies

Please find our basic rates below, in addition to registration policies and available discounts, scholarships, and subsidies for this year’s Forum. Remember that once a registration is processed, it may not be cancelled or reversed without incurring a fee (see Cancellations below), and discounts cannot be applied once a registration has been processed.

Interested in a Fall Forum Scholarship? If you are a staff member of a TCG Member Theatre, you are eligible for a scholarship for this year’s Fall Forum (which consists of a waived registration fee, but does not include support for travel and/or lodging; trustees are not eligible for scholarships). Scholarship applications should be submitted by Friday, September 16th at 6pm ET. You can find the scholarship form and additional information here

TCG MEMBER Early Bird (Deadline: September 30 Extended through October 7!): $545 
TCG MEMBER Regular (Deadline: October 31): $635 
(including for any Fall Forum attendee guests): $85



Fall Forum cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee for any registration cancelled by October 28, 2019.  Fall Forum registration fees will not be refunded after October 28, 2019.

Registration will close on October 31, 2019, unless the Forum sells out in advance of that date, at which point a wait list will be created.

*Please note: that if you plan to attend the Welcome Reception on Friday, November 8th, you must add that event to your cart before checking out. Your base registration fee only covers events on Saturday and Sunday. For more information on the Fall Forum Agenda, please click here.

There are no single day registrations available for the 2019 Fall Forum on Governance. If you would like to attend the Fall Forum at a pro-rated Registration rate, please contact Devon Berkshire at dberkshire@tcg.org.

The Fall Forum on Governance Registration is limited to TCG Members and Affiliates. If you are not associated with a TCG Member or Affiliate organization and would like to attend, please contact Devon Berkshire at dberkshire@tcg.org. If you represent a Theatre of Color who is not a Member or Affiliate of TCG and would like to attend, please contact Elena Chang at echang@tcg.org.

Member Theatres are limited to five representatives at the Fall Forum, including trustees and staff members. Additional representatives from that theatre will be placed on a waitlist until TCG determines if they can be accommodated. Please contact Hannah Fenlon at hfenlon@tcg.org to place additional participants on a waitlist once five theatre representatives have been registered.
