Most of this year's Conference activity will take place at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix, located in downtown Phoenix, AZ.

Located across the street from the Phoenix Convention Center, Hyatt Regency Phoenix places downtown Phoenix at your feet. Walk to the Arizona Center Shops and entertainment at CityScape, located two blocks from the hotel. Explore museums, culture, the arts, and the vibrant nightlife of downtown Phoenix just outside our doors.

TCG's exclusive Conference attendee rate at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix is $169 (single or double occupancy), not including taxes (currently 12.5%)*. Hyatt Regency Phoenix hotel reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty, regardless of the reason for cancelling.

There are ADA compliant rooms available at our exclusive rate. To see these rooms on the website, you will have to modify the search options by clicking on the Room/Guest bar and then checking the Accessible box. You can also book these when calling into the Hyatt’s central reservations line 1 (877) 803-7534. *Please note that the state of Arizona does not provide overall tax exemption on transactions. This means that hotel bookings made at the Hyatt Regency or any hotel in Arizona state will not be eligible for tax-exemption regardless of your organization's 501(c) 3 status. Further information on this law can be found here.

For those flying in, the Hyatt Regency Phoenix offers Super Shuttle service to its guests, with rates to/from the airport starting at $13 each way per passenger. Guests may proceed directly to the hotel pickup area outside the baggage claim. Super Shuttle is available 24 hours a day, runs constantly, on demand. Reservations required.
