A great way to engage with TCG and to participate in our convenings at a lower cost is by becoming a TCG Member

If you are an unaffiliated theatre practitioner, becoming a TCG Individual Member is the best way to take advantage of Conference discounts, as many discounts are only available to members. Those joining TCG for the purposes of attending the Conference are eligible for a $15 one-year TCG Individual Membership (70% off). To take advantage of this offer, please purchase your discounted membership by using the code CONF22IM at checkout. Once you’ve purchased your membership, you’ll be able to register for the conference using the member rates and any applicable member discounts.

If you represent a non-member organization of TCG, but are interested in becoming one before registering for the Conference, please contact Lauren Sullivan for assistance.

Businesses registering to learn from the field or interested in providing field-wide learning opportunities for member theatres are encouraged to consider joining as an event sponsor. TCG offers a variety of opportunities at different price points to align your business’ work and brand with TCG’s values. Every sponsorship plays an integral role in producing TCG events, including reducing financial barriers for theatre practitioners across the country.

Contact LaTeshia Ellerson, Director of Institutional Philanthropy, to discuss opportunities to support TCG in leading for a just and thriving theatre ecology.

Cancellation and Adjustment Policies:
We understand that the COVID-19 pandemic has made planning especially difficult, and that in spite of best efforts, plans may change. Please know that your registration is flexible and fully refundable, however, we ask that attendees make an effort to let us know if they need to cancel no later than Thursday, June 9th, whenever possible. Attendees may switch their in-person registration to a virtual registration at any point without financial penalty; similarly, attendees are welcomed to switch their virtual registration to an in-person registration at any point prior to June 9th. Attendees who no-show without notice will not be eligible for any refunds. If you are no longer able to attend the Conference, or would like to adjust your registration, please notify us at conference@tcg.org so we can assist you.

Should you find that you cannot attend once you've registered, and would like to replace yourself with another staff or board member at your theatre, please email us at
