Registration for the 2019 TCG National Conference: MIAMI
 (as well as scholarship & subsidy applications) will open in late January. Please find our basic rates below, in addition to registration policies. Find available discounts here, and information on scholarships, and subsidies for this year’s Conference here. We look forward to supporting you and your colleagues in attending the National Conference in the most cost-effective way possible. Remember that once a registration is processed, it may not be cancelled or reversed without incurring a fee (see Cancellations below), and discounts cannot be applied once a registration has been processed.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION DEADLINE: April 15, 2019 Extended to April 19!
REGULAR REGISTRATION DEADLINE: May 31, 2019

MEMBER THEATRE or ORGANIZATION Early Bird: $460
MEMBER THEATRE or ORGANIZATION Regular: $610
This rate is for staff and board members at TCG Member Theatres and TCG Affiliates.
 
INDIVIDUAL MEMBER & ARTIST Early Bird: $400
INDIVIDUAL MEMBER  & ARTIST Regular: $550
This rate is for TCG Individual Members who are not staff members at TCG Member theatres (or non-Member Theatres who are eligible for TCG membership).
Please note: If you are not currently an individual member of TCG, you will need to join TCG to be eligible for this rate. Individual member artists are also eligible to apply for a registration fee subsidy
 
NON-MEMBER Early Bird:  $850
NON-MEMBER Regular: $1,000

These rates include all regular Conference programming; Pre-Conferences and professional affinity gatherings over meals are
not included,
and you will be prompted to add these items to your cart during the registration process, should you wish to attend.

Please note: In an effort to make the Conference experience more flexible for different budgets, our registration process offers you the opportunity to opt into lunch on all three Conference days, as well as breakfast on Thursday, at an additional charge. All coffee breaks are also included in your Conference registration fee, and all meals will take place at the InterContinental Miami.

Cancellation Deadlines: Registrations may be refunded for any registration canceled prior to May 1, 2019, but they will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Registration fees will not be refunded after May 31st, 2019. Registrations cannot be accepted after May 31st, 2019.

Substitutions: Should you find that you cannot attend once you've registered, and would like to replace yourself with another individual, please email us. In most instances, such substitutions can be accommodated.
